that is right, my beautiful baby boy is 22 months old?! where did this time go?! i can't believe owen is 22 months old. wow. i look at him and he is so silly and funny and yet at the same time he is so caring and loving it is unreal that at that age that he can feel and show that kind of emotions. it's so cool to watch him grow and learn and play. he is so silly that it makes me laugh every single time. he always knows how to make some one feel better with a smile or silly face or silly move. and he is just the cutest thing and he knows it lol. here is something i wrote for him today:22 months today
You are 22 months today,
wow that seems hard to believe.
Seems we were just bringing you home,
and now look at you....almost 2!
You are so sweet and funny,
and love to see your family laugh.
you love to play with your cars,
as well as daddy's football.
You know so many things,
and say so many new things each day.
I love to hear you laugh and giggle,
and still sneak in to watch you sleep.
I love it when you repeatedly say
"moooooooooma" though you dont need me.
I love the feeling of your sweet kisses
and your soft warm hugs.
Love that you need me,
love all you've become.
I am sad to see you grow,
For i know you'll not need me in the future.
But as sad as it is,
I'm so excited to see what becomes of you!
I love you lil man!
